Welcome to Lafiray Online. By accessing or using our marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Using the platform
Lafiray Online connects buyers and sellers of new and used automotive parts. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Listings and sellers
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, condition and description of the parts they list. Prohibited, counterfeit or stolen items are not allowed. We may remove any listing that violates these terms.
3. Orders and payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Buyers pay at checkout; funds may be held until the order is confirmed. Featured-listing and advertising fees are non-refundable once the promotion has started.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including fraud, harassment, data scraping, or attempting to bypass security. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or removed.
5. Liability and changes
Lafiray Online is a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between users. The service is provided "as is". We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.
